HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

A gift certificate can only be purchased at the official cash desks of ASTRA MARINE Group of Companies at:
The central pier of St. Petersburg "Descent with Lions" (Admiralteyskaya emb., 2) in the glass office of ASTRA MARINE. Opening hours: daily 09:00-01:00.

RULES FOR USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

1. The gift certificate is not personalized and can be transferred to third parties.
2. The gift certificate is valid until the end of the current navigation.
3. A gift certificate can be used until the end of the entire amount on it, but no later than the end date of the current navigation.
4. The balance is not reset if the cost of the service is less than the amount of the Certificate. If the cost of services is more than the cost of the Certificate, then an additional payment in cash and non-cash is possible.
5. The validity of the Gift Certificate applies to regular cruises, and also gives the opportunity to pre-order the kitchen in the restaurants of ships (the certificate does not apply to bar services).
6. When making a purchase, you must present the original Gift Certificate.
7. The certificate cannot be exchanged for money either in whole or in part.
8. Refunds for non-activated Certificates are not made.
9. If the Gift Certificate is lost, it will not be restored.
10. The value of the Gift Certificate is indicated on the front side.
11. The number of the Gift Certificate is indicated on the reverse side. A gift certificate without a number or with an unspecified denomination is considered invalid and does not give the right to receive services.

13. The use of the Gift Certificate by the Buyer or the Holder means the Buyer's (Holder's) consent to these terms and conditions for the use of the Gift Certificate.
